The house has been in our family for almost 40 years. We are British, now living permanently in France.
Madeleine Hill is a journalist, working for the local newspaper and the BBC.
Jonathan Crowe is a qualified tour guide running tours of the D-Day landings and the Dark Age and Medieval history of the region.
As committed Francophiles, we are also passionate about the local culture, cuisine, history, wildlife, economy, etc.

Jonathan is a qualified Guide Conferencier de France and runs tours on a regular basis of the D-Day Landings and the Battle for Normandy, and a range of other historical and cultural tours (William the Conqueror, Normandy in the Middle Ages, Mont St Michel, Bayeux, etc.).
